# NT/TAS (Online-Only Exemption)

#### If you are conducting an online-only raffle open in TAS and/or NT (no physical paper tickets being sold in person in either state), the raffle is exempt from state raffle regulations 

#### If you plan to sell raffle tickets in person in either state AND online, your paper ticket sales must adhere to state regulations. Please contact us if this is the case.
